Ohhh wow…! Who is coping with the energies of the full moon and the eclipse right now. I labelled May Magic may and it has been nothing short of magical. While there has been some deep excavation of emotions and beliefs which has been hard work and I feel like my body is still trying to catch up. This is what I call integration. We need to give ourselves the time and space to just be and not focus on anything or be in the masculine energy of doing. We just need to be until we get the call from our energy to start putting the wheels in motion again. 

It’s why I love working with the seasons. I feel that my Winter week in my personal cycle is the time that I slow down, meditate more, do my healing work and go within to find out what’s really going on for me after a busy few weeks. This winter week has been more powerful than any other because of the full moon energy and eclipse energy. There are big healing energies right now helping us to leave old identities behind that we no longer resonate with so that we can create new experiences, opportunities and a new way of being.

I have given a lot of thought lately to the impact of doing the healing work and truly and intimately getting to know yourself and your emotions, thought patterns or behavioural patterns and beliefs. They are in play in our subconscious mind and are projecting out into our external world. This is what is creating our reality. If you get quiet with yourself and go digging deep enough you will find those emotions, patterns and beliefs that are keeping you stuck and small. 

I have good news though. The self-development and learning about yourself to clear these emotions, patterns and beliefs are what unlocks a whole new world for you. It brings healing and you start to see your external world shift for the better. If you are willing to work on understanding yourself and becoming aware of the beliefs, patterns and emotions it can be the golden key to creating a new reality for you and bringing in what you desire. 

This blog is flowing nicely from last week's blog. Imagine if you started doing this for yourself and that inspired other people to do that for themselves and it started a chain reaction. What if we all returned to our natural state of being and our nervous systems calmed down and we were in the state of love. Wouldn’t that be a revolution?

We don’t have to stay stuck in the lower end of the emotions scale where you feel boredom, pessimism, frustration, overwhelm, disappointment, doubt, worry, blame, discouragement, anger, revenge, hatred, rage, jealousy, insecurity, guilt, unworthiness, fear, grief, depression, despair and powerlessness. That’s where our old stuck beliefs, emotions and patterns keep us. 

What I have learnt in the last two weeks is to interrupt the beliefs, emotions and patterns and what I need to help me to rise into the contentment, hopefulness, optimism, positive expectations and beliefs, enthusiasm, eagerness, happiness, passion, joy, appreciation, empowered, freedom and love. 

I know which camp I would rather be in. We also don’t have to make it hard to jump ship in the high vibe emotions. All it takes is a choice. It takes one step at a time and it takes choosing you every single time. 

Here are a few things that have helped me to rise up into the emotions I want to feel and to allow my nervous system to slow down and feel calm.

  • Muscle Testing to see where my emotions are sitting

  • Exercise
  • Healthy Eating
  • Massage
  • Giving myself space to cry

Just remember you get to choose at every moment how you show up in the world, how you show up for others and most importantly and foremost how you show up for yourself.
