Can you recognise when you are feeling like a victim?

I have noticed that over the years I feel that I have somewhat mastered my ability to connect with my intuition and to follow my soul. I also feel that I have somewhat mastered my emotions and how to process them, learn from them and move through them with a lot more ease than I used to. 

Now I am onto the part of mastering my mind. She’s a sneaky little bitch. I know for me that the subconscious beliefs that are running in the background are the ones you need to watch. They are the ones that can project out into your life and create your reality and not necessarily a reality you want. 

It’s the limiting beliefs that stop you from doing what you truly love and hold you back from a life that lights you up. 

Where are you playing victim in your life? 

Do you recognise when you are playing the victim?

When you do recognise where you are playing the victim you can take your power back. You can change your thoughts and your perception. You can become the winner in your life. You get to choose new thoughts. You get to change your perspective. A change in perspective is called a miracle.

You absolutely get to change your reality. So what thoughts do you want to think that sets you up for the life that you want? This is why we have affirmations. However sometimes affirmations may trigger us because we don’t quite fully believe it just yet. So how do we create a new belief?

When we allow our ego and our fear thoughts to run the show we can become complacent and allow them to take over and we become apathetic and simply accept that this is how things are and that they can’t be changed. Which simply isn’t true. 

So if you want to create something in your life then I am going to give you a process to work through so you can make it happen. 

  1. Acknowledge where you are playing victim.
  2. Ask yourself what limiting beliefs are attached to this situation.
  3. What would you like to happen in this situation?
  4. Create a new belief. Create an affirmation that affirms this new belief. 
  5. Visualise it happening every day.
  6. Ask yourself how it will feel once this change has happened or you have manifested what you want. 
  7. Now choose to feel that feeling as you visualise you receiving this change or thing that you want. 
  8. Check in with this process regularly until it becomes your reality.
  9. Take actions that bring you closer to the very thing you want. 
  10. Play with the universe and ask for signs that what you are manifesting is on it’s way.

While ten steps may feel like a lot they are very simple things you can do. It is so worth it especially when you start to see how powerful your thoughts are. As well as taking your power back and that feeling of taking control of your thoughts so that you are making them work for you. 

Don’t be too hard on yourself if you slip into those negative thoughts, in every second you can choose again.
